China Zenix Appoints New Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Finance

ZHANGZHOU, China, March 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- China Zenix Auto International Limited (NYSE: ZX) ("Zenix Auto" or "the Company") the largest commercial vehicle wheel manufacturer in China in both the aftermarket and OEM market by sales volume, is pleased to announce today that Mr. Martin Cheung has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.
Mr. Cheung brings over 13 years of experience in accounting and finance with publicly and privately held companies.
He was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Profound Heavy Company Limited, and he has been Finance Director of Norstar Founders Group Limited (2339: HK), recently renamed Beijing West Industry International, and he was the Corporate Finance Director at Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Limited. Additionally, he held management positions at Japan Asia Securities and Daiwa Securities. He currently is an independent director of Ninetowns Internet Technology Group Company Ltd., (Nasdaq: NINE) and Boyaa Interactive International Ltd., (434: HK). Mr. Cheung was a senior auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
Mr. Cheung is a Certified Public Accountant, with a master's degree in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology (Australia), a master's of Science degree in Finance (Investment Management) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong.
Additionally, Mr. Yuzhou Wang has been appointed Vice President of Finance. Mr. Wang has a strong background in financial reporting and systems with the qualifications of CICPA, CTA, ACCA and CIA. Before joining Zenix Auto in 2011, he mainly worked as an audit manager at Deloitte and as a transaction service manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
