Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lai founded the Company in 2003 based on his over 20 years of experience in the Chinese commercial vehicle wheel industry. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Lai was the factory manager of the Zhangzhou Xiangcheng Zhengxing Automobile Wheel Factory from 1996 to 2003. Formerly, he was also the factory manager of the Fujian Pinghe Guanxi Automobile Wheel Factory from 1993 to 1996, and the factory manager of the Pinghe Automobile Tire and Bicycle Repair Depot from 1988 to 1993. Mr. Lai was awarded "The Outstanding Private Entrepreneur in the PRC" in 2004 and "The Outstanding Individual of the PRC Automotive Industry" in 2008, in recognition of his business achievements and industry stature. Mr. Lai is also the founder of the Pinghe Zhengxing School and Zhangzhou Zhengxing School (providing primary school to high school education).
Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Director
Mr. Gao became the Company's deputy chief executive officer, and chief sales and marketing officer in June 2008. He has served on the board of directors since February 2009. Mr. Gao also was our marketing and sales manager when he joined the Company in 2004. He has over 20 years of marketing, sales, and management experience in the Chinese commercial vehicle wheel and machinery industry. Formerly, Mr. Gao headed the marketing and sales department of the Zhangzhou Xiangcheng Zhengxing Automobile Wheel Factory from 1999 to 2004. He has been a regional product sales manager from 1993 to 1999 as well as an electrical design technician and product after-sales engineer from 1990 to 1993 at the Xuzhou Press System Company Limited. He is a senior engineer and Mr. Gao received his bachelor's degree in industrial electrical automation from Hefei University of Technology in 1990.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cheung has over 13 years of experience in accounting and finance with publicly and privately held companies. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer of Profound Heavy Company Limited, and he has been the Finance Director of Norstar Founders Group Limited (2339: HK), recently renamed Beijing West Industry International. He was the Corporate Finance Director at Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Limited. Additionally, he held management positions at Japan Asia Securities and Daiwa Securities. He currently is an independent director of Ninetowns Internet Technology Group Company Ltd., (Nasdaq: NINE) and Boyaa Interactive International Ltd., (434: HK). Mr. Cheung was a senior auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Mr. Cheung is a Certified Public Accountant, with a master's degree in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology (Australia), a master's of Science degree in Finance (Investment Management) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong.
Financial Controller
Mr. Lai has been the financial controller since August 2006 and he also served as our financial manager from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Lai has over 18 years of financial experience. Prior to joining us in 2004, Mr. Lai served as the manager of the finance department of Fujian Motor Industry Group Company from1999 to 2004. Mr. Lai also served as an accountant at the Fujian Automobile Factory from 1992 to 1999. Mr. Lai is a senior accountant and received his bachelor's degree in auditing from Fuzhou University in 1992.

Chief Technology Office
Mr. Zhang has been our chief technology officer since 2003. He has over 40 years experience in research and production technology management in the Chinese commercial vehicle wheel and machinery industry. Prior to 2003, Mr. Zhang was the deputy chief engineer and the director of the wheel research institution at the Zhenjiang Jinhuan Group Co., Ltd. from 1981 to 2003. Mr. Zhang received the "Jiangsu New Product Development Golden Bull Award" in 1990, in recognition of his research and development achievements. Mr. Zhang is a senior engineer and received his bachelor's degree in mechanical design and manufacturing from Jiangsu University in 1970.
Chief Production Officer
Mr. Yang became our chief production officer in January 2007. He also served as our production manager from 2005 to 2006 and the head of our production line between 2003 and 2005. Mr. Yang has over 12 years of production and management experience in the Chinese commercial vehicle wheel industry. Prior to joining us in 2003, he worked at the Zhangzhou Xiangcheng Zhengxing Automobile Wheel Factory from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Yang completed his junior college study in administrative management at Xiamen University in 2001.
